01 / CURRENT WORK
Operator first. Researcher by the problems that followed.
My current work sits at the intersection of software product architecture, AI evaluation, human–AI continuity, operational intelligence and domain-specific decision systems. The products are built primarily in private repositories with deterministic testing, hosted CI, containerized execution, external cloud validation, provenance controls and bounded experimental claims.
Human–AI continuity
Long-horizon state, correction and map-preservation work aimed at reducing repeated human reconstruction and preventing useful context from being flattened into generic memory.
Applied intelligence
Real-estate, alternative-asset, logistics and disaster-risk systems where the same evidence/state discipline is forced to survive different physical and operational domains.
Controlled AI research
Experiments on decision quality beyond answer accuracy, feedback and repair, benchmark validity, authority preservation, correction burden and evaluator behavior.
02 / CURRENT RESEARCH
Testing the mechanism, including when it fails.
A current controlled program has completed 192 model generations, 96 canonical blind evaluations and 24 assisted human-calibration cases. The accepted treatment did not demonstrate aggregate governance lift, but mechanism analysis localized partial repair alongside collateral authority damage. The next prospective work is designed from that failure rather than around it.

Alabama is part of the founder story, not something to edit out.
The public identity does not need to imitate an academic lab or a generic Silicon Valley founder profile. The software is technical; the person building it is still a country boy from Alabama with a long operating career.

The work came from operating pressure.
Before building AI and decision software, I spent more than two decades in multifamily real estate, asset management, portfolio improvement, training, turnarounds and high-volume operations. Those environments taught me to care about early variance, physical evidence, operational sequence and the cost of acting from the wrong state.
That is still the center of Kingan Logic: use the technology, but do not let the technology erase the environment it is supposed to understand.
