What the system does
Kingan Logical State maintains explicit product state across evidence, environment, claim ceilings, lifecycle, handoff, unresolved work and protected next movement.
Its current software body uses versioned deterministic contracts and evidence-bound receipts rather than treating green CI, a successful build, or an operator summary as automatic product authority.
